1. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability (The "Safe Riding" Clause)

Kurbada is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

No Reliability for Accidents: You acknowledge that motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, deaths, property damage, or legal infractions (including speeding or reckless driving tickets) that occur while using the App.

The "Clout Chase" Disclaimer: You expressly agree that you will not use the App to engage in "clout chasing," dangerous maneuvers, or high-risk behavior to achieve specific telemetry stats (such as high lean angles or top speeds).

Eyes on the Road: Never interact with the App or look at your phone while the motorcycle is in motion. Mount your device securely and focus entirely on the road.

2. Subscription and Payments

Kurbada offers a premium subscription via RevenueCat.

Fees: Subscriptions are billed at the rate specified in the App (e.g., 59 PHP/month).

Processing: Payments are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your credit card information.

Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's store settings.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid motorcycle operator's license in your jurisdiction to use the telemetry features of this App.
